drugs and allergies

I have a small but annoying problem....I have terrible allergies. Even on allergy meds, my nose is still always stuffy and it's really hard to snort anything. Yeah, I can swallow pills, but for some stuff it's not really practical. So what do all you guys do when you've got allergies or a cold?

I snort massive amounts of cocaine, ketamine, and oxy....j/k
Honesly, I don't know to tell you what to take or do instead but I know E makes your immune system weaker and opiates can make more susceptible to an allergy outbreak....
The other drugs I'm not too sure about on that level.

I don't. If my allergies act up or I get a cold I just take some strong antibiotics for a few days to get my self back to normal. Taking blow or k or e weakens your immune system when your sick & will only prolong you getting better. I'd just stick to benzo's or percs till your better...

A nasal spray designed to dilate the airways in the nose only always does the trick for me(sinex, drixine in Australia, not sure of US names). Not the ones with corticosteroids (they're for long-term use), just the ones for instant effect. Much better than oral tablets.
Just don't use it for more than a couple of days in a row - otherwise you'll get a rebound stuffiness that will require a couple of days to get over.

flush your nasal passage with warm water with a little bit of salt dissolved.
just fill a basin with water, dissolve the salt, immerse you face in the water and inhale in through the nose (gently, you don't want to drown) and out through the mouth
works wonders
