Drug tests.

G'day team,
So I was at a music festival yesterday and throughout the course of the day I had about 350mg Methamphetamines, 100mg Methylone bk-MDMA and a few grams of budd + drinking. Was a good time, however I've got a job interview coming up and today I found out I have a drug test next week which I knew nothing about.

Are these drugs likely to come up on a test? I'm pretty certain the Meth will be out of my system but I can't re-call how long cannabis takes to leave the system depending on how the test is performed e.g hair, blood, saliva etc.
And I have no idea how long methylone takes, any information would be very appreciated.

Also If I fail the test, will this information be stored somewhere? And to what ends? Could it be brought up in future to lower my chances of getting a different job, I assume the information would be confidential but I'm not sure.

Get some urals from the chemist an drink plenty of water to help flush your urine but make sure you stop them at least 24 hours before your interview. Urine test is the most common test used. I used to use them for a couple of days after a big weekend as my workplace has random drug tests.
 
Most likely a urine or saliva test.

Most Meth and MDMA leaves the body through urine in the first 48 hours I believe, I'm guessing that methylone would act in a similar way.

The only thing to be worried about would be the weed, do you smoke often? If not I doubt it will hang around too long. About all you can do is what Sir Pacman suggested and hope for the best.

Thanks for the tip about the urals, I smoke weed a few times a week but I definitely won't have anymore until after the test.

I was guessing Methylone would probably act the same way aswell, I'll let you all know how it goes.

Its all about how often/ how much you smoked before the test.. If your an everyday smoker and have like 7 cones a day you need like 30days of not smoking it to be out of your system. But if you have a little bit every so often (maybe once a weekend about 4 cones) then it should be out of your system in about 1-2weeks. Again i heard it depends on your metabolism, weight, age etc. Another interesting thing i heard is that THC gets stored in your fat cells. So dont lose 20kgs in 2 weeks :)

What types of jobs require drug testing in Australia? Cops? Army? Mine Workers? Transport workers?I'm not sure, i'm only guessing, anyone know?
 
^ Not sure about the full list, but there's quite a few from what I've heard. I spent some time last yr at a place that performed urine drug screens which were primarily for machinery workers at nearby factories and such.
 
Poledriver this country is weird I have a friend that went for a sales rep job and had to do drug tests and even a physical 8o
 
Sorry student, but drug testing questions aren't allowed due to the fact that there is a whole heap of information on both this site and across the web that will answer your questions. For example, a couple of minutes of Google searching showed that although drug testing for employment is on the rise, it is still mainly the mining, construction and manufacturing industries that take part in it.
