Opioids Drug Testing for occupation query; fail or pass?

Hello guys, this is simply a hypothetical question that I may face in the future.

Say I am legally scripted 30mg Ms Contins (morphine) for a bad hip by my doctor. On the label it says take one to two tablets per day, as needed. Say I manage to tolerate my pain throughout the week for 6 days so I can save the pills, and I use a 150mg recreational dose on a Saturday afternoon...I then have to take a drug test on Monday morning at work, can they tell that I have only had one big dose on the Saturday, instead of taking 60mg on Thur, Fri, Sat and Sun? Remember I have not taken any pills on those other days except Saturday afternoon.

Can they somehow tell? What sort of tests can find this information out?

This will get closed, no drug testing questions allowed. But if they just use a dip stick test they won't be able to tell. They can send it to the lab for further testing and see the amount but that won't happen especially since you are just taking your script. Just let them know you are prescribed them obviously so there are no surprises when you piss dirty on the test.
 
depending where you are this could be an interesting case. I suggest that you piss and have your prescription ready, and where I live my employer would need to see my script within 48hrs of the dirty test if I wanted to keep my job. But regardless you sound like you are being responsible by not medicating at work, however the concern is that your massive weekend dose may still be effecting you when you punch in monday morn, but I know nothing about opiates and it may be well worn off and if that is the case you should piss, talk to hr about your "medical situation" but only tell them what they need to know.
 
Why is asking about a drug tests abilities against the rules? This is harm reduction to the word. It will help hinder stress and therefore any stupid decisions when stressed.

I will rephrase it. What I mean is, is it possible to tell by a drug test, if that big dose on Saturday was all done at once, and not spread out over 2 or 3 days? Can they see that I did not have any on Friday and Sunday somehow? Maybe by the rate it is metabolized or something?
 
Even if we could tell you, it would be impossible to give you an exact answer due to differences in metabolism as well as variations in tests and testing procedures themselves.

Either way, as mentioned, drug testing discussion is prohibited (partly because of the reason I listed above).
