Opioids Drug Test

Hey guys i have a question about drug tests. I IV a good amount of of opioid pain meds, mostly oxy IR 30s and dilaudid 4mg. and for some resean when i get drug tested either at work or at my Dr. office I never show pos for opioids. I was wondering if anyone had this problem or knew of this happening to a friend. any info on why this happens would be great.
