Allot of pain clinics do test the concintration of opiates in your system. Just take it as your perscribed to which I understand is hard when dealing with chronic pain. Most pain clinics have zero tolerence and zero sympathy rules. I can't really say anything else since it is against the rules to give tips on how to beat a drug test.
