drug test after giving birth

Please, without any judgement, what kind of drug testing do hospitals run on mother and newborn at birth? I believe it's a blood test.
In any case, how long would adderal and weed show up on this test?
My doctor knows I have continued to take my adderal but I don't want to test positive for anything.
I don't know if it makes a difference but I'm located in Massachusetts.
