Misc Drug Screens for Anti-psychotics

I need to take a drug screen soon to commence being medicated on dexamphetamine (Dexedrine). I only mentioned to my GP who referred me that I take antidepressants, but in reality I also take an anti-psychotic (clozapine) from a shrink. The pyschiatrist will not give me an RX for Dexedrine if he finds out I'm taking an antipsychotic, since amphetamines will exacerbate my "psychosis". So does anyone know if their drug screens detect anti-psychotics? I genuinely need dexamphetamine.

You could google the test cups but if the doctor sends it to the lab, they are more thorough.
We can't predict what would happen. But please be careful with dexedrine as they can be addicting.
