Drug Identification- Pink Powder Like Substance- Pics included

Well I was walking through the woods following a trail of debris that had washed down stream and came across a abandoned camp site. At this camp site I found many things including a capsule of a very interesting lightly pink powder. I was just wondering what it could possibly be. My first conclusion was drugs because I found it in a bag with prescription bottles and other things. It does appear that water has gotten into the substance. I would just like to know what this could possibly be because it would be cool to know. Anyways thanks for having a look.

Edit: It does not melt when heated, but it does burn and smells really bad- (Retest and it was kinda sweet smelling) when burnt.
Update: Its not very water soluble.

Dude no can can possibly ID that over the internet. Even if people made an educated guess it certainly wouldn't make it safe to use. That could be anything so bottom line, throw it out.

In the future just know that we don't ID anything here. Even if it's as clear as a pill. Closed
