Drug heavens in Europe?

Of course, the Netherlands are a good place for a drug-filled vacation in Europe, but where else can one get some chemical recreation? I heard Spain was pretty open minded about drugs...
What about eastern europe? Does anyone have any experience?
Such things as over-the-counter benzos, legal pot, etc, etc, whatever you can think up is interesting!

well you mention spain... the only reason thats good is coz its packed full of punters (mainly beach resorts - best of all Ibiza - but also large cities such as Madrid, Barcellona, etc...) and tolerance on weed is high... though laws on chemicals are pretty much the same as anywhere else in europe...
Eastern europe looks dodgy too me... the only thing going on your side if you do get caught is that the police force is heavily corruptible (though that can be a double-bladed weapon)... also, going there would be interesting mainly for heroin (bit of weed growing around albania too, but its pretty rank shit)... possibly cocaine (though you would need good connections for that) and good for picking up a few kalashnikovs too... anything else forget about it...
if an ez, cheap time, smoking lottsa grade A weed is what your after, I would suggest north africa (probably marocco is no.1 choice)... good weed, dirt cheap food/residence prices, friendly people (providing you dont act too touristy & open yourself to getting fucked over)... again, heavily corruptible cops if you do get into trouble...
montecarlo is probably safe place for drugs too... providing you have a 6-figure salary, drive a porsche & date a super-model... so that counts many of us out...

I'm sure I heard Portugal had slackened their laws on drugs (everything from Weed to Heroin) a lot. Not making them all legal but they now a minor offence, a caution/fine/confiscation rather than jail time.
Am I right or have I got dodgy sources again? (woudln't be the first time).

Switzerland is a very good place, especially for pot you can buy weed in a lots of shops...other drugs you get easilly also when you have good connections
Spain actually is quite a bad place for drugs, I wouldn't recommend any place in the south of europe actually.......

come to Holland, its a big drug-paradise here. I live here and never cought for drugs or something, buy my weed here 'legal' very good quality, whe also have here smartshops, where you can buy mushrooms and herbals and stuff. And all the other drugs is simple to get, and CHEAP!!!

I believe the Czech Republic has no possession laws, you can carry just what you like and do what you like with it. They manage that because they're not part of the EU (Hence not subject to the drugs laws the EU imposes on member states).

PRAGUE!!!! havent been there yet. but i keep meeting these people that tell me about all the stuff cooked up there. GHB, speed, etc. and its really potent and cheap.

What do you mean shops? cause my grandmother lives in a fairly large city(by swiss standards) and I used to be over there all the time and never saw any.
