no, it means 25 years is the maximum penalty a judge can give. $1000 seems a pretty big fine for the amount he sold in australia.
 
25 years for selling a few pills and soem meth? How absurd is that? Granted, the judge did not impose that sentence, but still, he could have. What nonsense.
 
Port Lincoln is a fairly remote country community, I'm not surprised pills are overpriced though.

No idea what the hell she's talking about for 'rave parties' though. The entire town practically fits into my footprint and the population is more bogan than a can of jim bean wrapped in an aussie flag, I can't imagine they have anything resembling a rave scene up there.

Hats off the judge though, that's an uncommon display of good sense, nobody deserves to go to jail for passing on a few pills or points to their mates.
