Drinking enviroment

You know it seems to me that I have been drinking so long and my tolerance is so high I don't enjoy it much anymore. I have also noticed when home I can drink a fifth of hard liquor and hardly feel a buzz.

Yet, if I go out to the club I feel tipsy within a few beers, by ten I'm gone. There just must be something about the enviroment of a club that tricks my brain into getting drunker faster.

What the fuck? Anybody noticed anything like this?
