Bupe Drinking alcohol whilst on Suboxone Maintenance

As the title says what is the thinking behind this? is it safe to have a few glasses of wine? Not talking about getting hammered.

Well I had a few beers on 16mg and it was OK, was watching myself just incase i got too down. I have a very big tolerance to heroin so probably why im ok wouldn't do it with no tolerance bupe is potent

They both slow your heart rate, so be careful.

I snorted 2mg sub before every trying opiates and my heart was skipping beats. Add on alcohol and i probably would have died.

I've never had a problem drinking while on maintenance. I take 16mg daily and usually drink ~10 beers or equivalent
