DPH and psychedelics, safe?

Would it be safe to take a trip-worthy dose of DPH along with a psychedelic like 2c-e? I have heard it would be a really dangerous combo for the heart from a friend, but I thought I'd get a second opinion.

Also, if DPH + 2c-e wouldn't be safe would it be safe to take it with any other psychedelic?
 
I'm wondering though, why is mixing DPH with DXM usually safe when DXM tends to be stimulating, wouldn't it carry the same kind of risks?
 
How much DPH are you mixing with how much DXM? I wouldn't recommend going above 50mg of DPH with DXM either (I know people are known to take much higher doses)...
 
Well mixing 300mg of DPH and 300mg of DXM is a popular combo in some circles, they seem to potentate each other so it makes 300mg of dph to be enough for deliriant effects, and it makes the dissociation from the dxm stronger also. There is also some synergy that makes the dph tend to be less horribly dysphoric with that combination. As far as I know it hasn't harmed anyone before, and I have tried this combo myself and everything went fine. With dxm it makes 300mg of dph seem more like 700mg of dph alone.
 
that combination of DPH and DXM sounds dangerously close to the CCC combo. Yes I know that Diphenhydramine is not the same as Chlorpheniramine, but they are both anticholinergic antihistamines (hence the potentiation) and likely are metabolized by the same CYP enzyme that gets people in trouble with the Coricidin combination.

Keep the doses low and be sure to stay hydrated. I would strongly recommend a sitter in ANY trips involving an anticholinergic.
 
I don't plan on doing any more dxm/dph trips because I have officially quit doing dxm. I just want to experience the most insane trip possible, and I think a combination of a psychedelic and a deliriant would probably accomplish that.
 
I agree that you would likely achieve your goal. However I again strongly recommend a sitter in any cases involving a deliriant. I'm sure you know all about the cases of people who end up miles from home, minus clothing, plus inexplicable injuries.
 
^Its not safe. And you know why. Seriously, thats a pretty idiotic plan. For a 'crazy' trip, increase your dose of 2C-E. Adding a deleriant will offer no positives, just an increase in paranoia, anxiety, physical stress, confusion, amnesia, etc. DPH on its own is relatively dangerous, combining it with a very strong psychedelic makes both compounds increase dramatically in terms of risk.
 
I'd be weary to take such a combination for reasons previously mentioned (and how exactly would delirium compliment psychedelic volatility? Potential cardiac issues aside.) Have you tried combining herb (or some of those rather trippy synthetic cannabinoids) with 2c-e? That could make things a bit deeper and more exciting without providing the same level of risk as throwing in hallucinogenic doses of anticholinergics.

And by a bit deeper and more exciting I mean it can unlock mad synaesthesia, visuals, and euphoria and some dissociation (some of the visions had elements that were eerily congruous with those on hole-level NMDA antagonists), this was with 2c-e and jwh-073. No, no info on whether or not it is reproducible in persons who aren't me, though I myself was able to repeat it successfully on more than one occasion.
 
I wouldnt recommend it... plus you'll be very, very thirsty... and possibly delusional as fuck. Doesnt 2ce have some sort of MAO activity as well or am i mixing that up?

Do you mean MAOI activity?

I think you're thinking the the 2C-T-*s which are suspected to be MAOIs.

Also, I'm with Never on this, deliriants tend to make for chaos, confusion, dysphoria and people getting hurt, so it doesn't seem like a good combination, particularly given that 2C-E can be quite chaotic and manic as it is.
