Double Agonising Sigma1 Receptor?

Does anyone have any anecdotes or can point in a direction on this?

Is it safe/advisable to double agonise this receptor? Have you done it? What was your experience?

You mean by simultaneously applying two agonists? Then that with stronger affinity will win, unless low concentration, with adding effects. Or how to understand double agonism?

I've never got anything positive out of sigma(1), DXM is a disturbing dirty psychotic beast only funny as teen in low doses, and the others (pentoxyverine, noscapine) were below placebo. :/
