You're pretty much out of luck, then.

Phenazepam is soluble in ethanol at 0.2mg/mL, however this is for lab-grade 'pure' ethanol, which you should NEVER drink. You can put some work into it and make absolute ethanol using a variety of methods, but its much less work than simply purchasing food grade propylene glycol.

so there won't be any probalems with it dissolving in PEG? thats why i was gonna go with some alcohol like IPA


i'm looking up peg online and a lot of it is colored... does that matter? it seems hard to find PEG

100% PEG (and propylene glycol) is colorless.

I just google'd and this link is right on the front page. Its pretty easy to find.

There isn't any actual documentation for phenazepam's solubility in IPA, so you're running a big risk of overdosing there. Just use propylene glycol and shake and dissolve it properly.
