Opioids Dosing fentanyl patch

I acquired a fourth of a fentanyl patch. It's 100mcg/h but not sure who makes it, it's like greyish surrounded with clear plastic or film. I have a pretty decent tolerance, I could handle 100mg of IV morphine but I'd be really high. Won't feel 30mg of IV oxy or 4mg of IV dilaudid. How much should I take and how?

handling 100mg IV morphine isnt that high of a tolerance for u to handle a whole 100mcg fentanyl patch. if its the transdermal patch where it dnt have the gel. cut it in 1/4ths and put a 25mcg on, believe me. i am on 130mg, and now im down to 60mg of methadone now, and i put a 25mcg patch on, i had to take it off it was so strong, years ago when i was shooting 15 bags of heroin a day, i was in withdrawl and put a 50mcg patch on and it got me way too sedated, fentanyl is strong@ even to the novice with high tolerance

And should I just put it on or can I eat it or smoke it?

just put it on ur skin. if its a gel patch, u technically can smoke it, but the high is SO SHORT LIVED and u hardly feel it, and u gotta vaporize it off foil and do it right, it like smoking crack but ur smoking a downer and ur hardly feeling it, slap it on ur skin, so u get 72hrs of pain relief/euphoria, ont waste it and smoke it, if its a patch that isnt the gel u cant smoke it anyway! well its possible i seen people take a razor and scratch the adhsesive off the patch and ball it up , but thats desperation, wear it for the 72hr high
