Two questions
Which DOR subtype is responsible for seizurogenic activity at higher doses of a given ligand?
And, anyone suggest plant or fungal-based DOR agonists, or synthetic DOR agonists of relatively simple structure, that would be accessible to a chemist equipped with good glassware and without consideration towards potential reagents, bar the truly nasty, nasty shit, I.e things like phosgene gas, hydrazoic acid, diazomethane, alkyl azides, alkyl perchlorates, the more psychotic organoperoxides etc. (HCN doesn't qualify there, nor do inorganic cyanides)
I need SOMETHING other than old ass kratom to compare with, thats a selective or reasonably selective DOR agonist, given my suspicions about alpha-chloromorphide.
