Back in 1998-99 harlem used to be wonderful to cop that fish scale, cheap, reliable and fucking incredible. It seems without a connect trying to cold cop if youre white is nearly impossible and all the open air markets in jersey only have those vials, its pretty tough trying to find some weight of good quality coke.
