I've been reading alot of forums about heroin in the south USA and specifically in Florida. I've read alot that there's dope all over and then there's some people who will say that Florida is only good for pills which is no longer true considering all the new DEA laws they have been enforcing you cant even get a hydrocodone refill anymore without doctor authorization. I'm just curious as to what people think is floating around the most around Jacksonville i get such mixed answers.Its also just like the matter of i dont want to be looking for something that isn't there.
