Dope: Heart Racing/anxiety from some h, others have no prob

Before buying a bag (powdered east coast stamp bags) I ask a friend who tried it for a rating 1-10. Even if he says it's decent, 7.5 or above, which green lights my purchase, I often have a reaction to it that includes a racing heartbeat and anxiety, the exact OPPOSITE of the intended effect, as I'm already dealing with issues that doctors can't figure out or even touch with meds other than Klonopin (which helps somewhat). Opiates are the only thing that help me stay quiet and not panic to the point of suicidality all day. I know I have PTSD but there's so much more to it than that. They (Drs) don't know what this is, and SSRIs make it WORSE. I'm totally anhedonic and have no quality of life. Getting the peace and light nod from a bag is why I haven't committed suicide yet--it's what gets me through a day. I've thought about sniffing blues or 15s or 5s but cost and availability make it prohibitive.

But back to the main point, I am so sensitive to stimulants since the medical error that caused my PTSD and mystery et al probs, that I can't even imbibe small quantities of tea, or even 5 mL of a 30 mL dose of cold medicine due to the stimulant in it. So my theory is that some dope is being cut even with small quantities of an upper like coke, amphetamines, caffeine, etc.--not enough to bother a person with normal body chemistry but enough to trigger me. My one guy, no matter what bags I have ever tried thru him over the course of a year, have always given me this reaction even if it did the smallest bump possible. My other guy usually has good shit but not this time--it's giving me the anxiety/racing heart!

The worst I just tried was Dexter (light pink stamp). The one I just tried from my more consistent vendor was a red stamp, Daily Dose. What I would do for the brick I had of I Love Rap, a purple bag with a peace sign on it

. Small bags, but the shit was like a 9.0 and never gave me these problems. They saved my life. I'm getting so desperate I'm considering copping off the street in Trenton, something I've never done before and fear as a caucasian woman (not knowing where to go down there specifically, getting arrested, robbed, attacked, getting beat w/ fake shit, etc). My one friend says the shit it in Trenton is incomparable to what I'm getting out here in the suburbs. She says the bags are 4x the size, the purity extremely high, AND it's cheaper.

I would be happy just being able to source some "I Love Rap" that's still lingering around my area of Jersey somewhere, though there's no guarantee it's the same stuff, just a reused stamp b/c it was popular.

Actually, my bf has had the reaction before with a racing heart/chest feeling funny from the same vendor I have that problem with and he accused the guy of cutting it w/ coke or his supplier doing that at least. So it's not always JUST me and my sensitivity. What are the odds of me finding stuff that doesn't have stimulants?! I need something reliable every month. At least with blues you know the quality is the same every time. Are they still cutting this shit with clenbuterol? I even read strychnine could be doing this!

SO my question boils down to:
1. Do you guys ever have this problem of bad stimulant reactions w/ some stamps?
2. Odds of tracking down the best stamp I've tried from about a month ago (I Love Rap)? I want to stock up on it.
3. Odds of getting higher purity shit by copping in Trenton eliminating this problem?

It's probably like you said,some kind of weird cut that doesn't bother most people but you are sensitive to.As far as stocking up I don't know if that would be a good idea for 2 reasons.1-being like you mentioned,someone could just be re-using a popular stamp on a different product.Then you would have spent a bunch of money on some dope you hate.2-I'm sure you know that once dope gets cut the quality starts to fall.I'm not sure why this is but it's a pretty well known phenomenon.As far as going to a strange hood to score,you yourself already stated the dangers and drawbacks of that.Remember that the cops tend to watch known dope spots and when they see a white person turning into that neighborhood they know exactly what you are doing there.Since you're a girl you should at least take your boyfriend with you but what's he going to do when someone pulls a gun?At least don't buy more than you can eat and be sure and take a drink with you.

It sounds like your best bet would be to just get the pharmaceutical products,however expensive and a pain in the ass to get they may be,at least you know what you're getting and they are the same every time.I used to stock up on Dilaudid,morphine,roxis or whatever when the dope in my area went through an iffy period.Then you can try new batches of dope as they hit the street untill you find a batch you like and get a few bundles that you won't hold onto for more than a week (I'm just using arbitrary numbers here since I don't know what your habit is like or how many you do per shot/sniff,however you do it).I would also stock up on some benzos to alleviate the speedy,anxiety inducing effects of the bad dope.Thats what I would do in your situation since it seems the dope in your area is unreliable and the dealers are probably trying to stretch it with who knows what.Too many B vitamins can give you a shitty speed feeling but you would have to do a bunch of them.So,these friends of yours who like this dope and don't have this problem,are they regular users/addicts who do it every day?How well do you know and trust them?Dope should definitely not cause the symptoms you are describing and who knows what it's being cut with.Sounds like you need to find a new dealer.I used to like to keep 5 or 6 on the hook so I had options when one guy's shit fell off.

Since heroin is basically morphine, is the effect the same for you? I have never heard of morphine being available for sale around here but that's what I'd be most interested in as it should give the right reaction consistently and be uncontaminated.

dont take benzos and opiates at the same time, that always made my heart feel weird. you are pushing your luck with that combo.

id highly doubt you are getting heroin cut with coke or amphetamines. its just not really feasible from the dealer's financial perspective when there is plenty of cheaper things to cut it with

I guess it could be caffeine but there's no way anything short of a lab test you could really figure that out for sure

I guess that's a possibility. The problem is my bf has had this problem with dope too, with someone in particular's dope--same as me. I think some people just have reverse reactions to stimulants and sedatives. For example, he's got ADD and a stimulant would calm him down (not me tho). I'm going to chalk it up to fucked up body chemistry post-TBI because I never had this problem before it.

But I've had better luck lately so that's good. Sometimes I'm just not talking enough -- in low doses it does that bad stuff I mentioned (perhaps a body compensatory mechanism that is expecting a higher dose), but not in high doses. Anyway, thanks for the input, it's been better lately.
