Solution for you!!!!!
This is basically an off-shoot of another thread of mine located at:

I want to start taking a good combination of supplements I feel I could benefit from. I have been looking up the various types of supplements available for Dopamine and Serotonin deficiencies. My question, can I be taking a Serotonin supplement such as 5-HTP and a Dopamine supplement such as D-Phenylalanine or L-Tyrosine.
I might as well take this opportunity to ask which Serotonin and Dopamine supplements you guys feel are the best in terms of effects, side effects and possible dangers. I'm not going to be abusing these for recreational purposes, although I have heard of it being done with mild-medium results with 5-HTP and also some of the Dopamine supplements too.
Well, I'll let you guys get the ball rolling!
First, I will take into consideration that everybodys' bodies are different, and react differently to different drugs, vitamins, prescriptions, etc... But the reactions listed in this post from me are solely based on my personal experience of taking the supplement... There shouldn't, in my opinion, be a reason for you not to try it... you have nothing to loose with the guarantee that Serotune has in place with their product. The 'risk factor' of losing your money, or paying to ship a product back to the company is 0%, and the 'possible' side-effects are nothing in comparison to what a lot of people have to encounter with their harsh comedowns from illicit drug use... plus, it may help you (it helped me BIG TIME) with replenishing your Dopamine and Serotonin for your next high (if you are seeking the supplement for that purpose)... PLEASE NOTE: I don't recommend taking both the drugs and this supplement together to try for a better high... In my body, I noticed that St. John's Wort was kinda finicky when I mixed it with my illicit drug of choice... it was nothing major, I had just started taking the supplement, and when I got the headache, stomach ache, and nausea (didn't toss cookies... just sick feeling), as it's never happened before (to rule out my choice drug... my use is closely monitored, dosed, and regulated by my fiance [who is 100% sober, but knows his shit with drugs] for the occasional recreational use)... I decided that it probably wasn't the best idea to do it again... and have been perfect!!! Better mood, higher stamina, drive to go out and do shit rather stay home and read, or post answers on here, helped me with some much needed weight loss (probably also tied in with my illicit drug use 8) but I'm sure it helped a lot), and lastly my 'comedowns' weren't as harsh ... nothing but positives

hope it helps you the same way
This supplement has been amazing for me, and even though you don't know me... I'd truly recommend you give it a try... You feel it quick, it lasts for a while, and it helps replenish both your dopamine and serotonin IN ONE PILL, rather many different supplements (beneficial for me... I hate taking pills)... this is from the website that i'll try to link... "A blend of essential amino acids and St. John's Wort, Serotune is formulated to naturally stimulate the creation of the key neurotransmitters dopamine and serotonin.
Many supplements just focus on boosting dopamine, but we take a more holistic approach and recognize that dopamine works in concert with serotonin to regulate your sense of well being. Serotune contains 5-HTP and L-Tyrosine, precursors for serotonin and dopamine, that promote improved mood, alertness, and concentration.
Serotune is a herbal blend of essential amino acids and St. John's Wort."
Not to mention for 60 tabs, it isn't that expensive at USD$29.88. Each pill contains 5-HTP (Griffonia Simplicifolia) [100 mg], St. Johns Wort (Hyperforin) [200 mg], and L-Tyrosine [300 mg].

although the link says serotonin-supplement, if you read the text, it takes care of both.
As a closing note... They are so convinced (I personally am now convinced, and a lifelong customer) that you will notice the difference 100% or... if you don't like the product, if you, within 30 days, send them an e-mail explaining your discontent with the product, they''ll refund you the whole that you paid (no needing to pay for return shipping)... and they let you keep or give away (why keep something you don't like) what you have left at home... "While we promise to refund your purchase price within two weeks, most refunds take just a few days."
My 2 cents

Hope this helped
