Dopamin releaser while on reuptakeinhibitor, useless? risks?

Serotonin/releaser (here for example xtc) taken while on sero-reuptakeinhibitor , will cause serotonin syndrome and decrease the potency, making it only subtbl.

+ How is it on the Dopaminergic system? Is also blocking the main action of the releaser ?
It felt that bupropion (a moderate DRI) blocked speed pretty much, i only felt something after a massive dose. Can anyone explain this case?

How is it for example with Mephedrone, ive read somewhere ,that ssri,s / dopamin reuptakeinhibator are blocking most of the recreational effect. Is this true?

They block the dopamine flood, so no high, but the side effects are still present, so taking a massive dose of meph will lead to massive vasoconstriction and heart strain. Don't do it.

^ indeed, any norepinephrine-mediated effects (which tends to give rise to more vasoconstriction) will still be just as active.

There is an equivalent to serotonin syndrome too - not quite the same and potentially not as severe, but exponentially increasing dopamine levels in the brain can cause severe overstimulation, dangerously increased heart rate and blood pressure, and psychosis. I would imagine the most common reaction is blocking the dopaminergic effectsm however, in the same way that SSRIs block the serotonergic effects of MDMA.

Ive always made sure to stop taking bupropion a few days before taking Dexedrine. I once took it about 24 hours after taking my last dose of wellbutrin SR and i had to take alot to get any effect from the dextroamphetamine. But then again it was also only 24 hours since my last dose of quetiapine so that no doubt played a role as well.
