if feel terrified and i can't shake it no benzo or opiates or even stims to calm my nerves i really want to learn to calm down but i just can't it's an impossible feat for me
have you tried meditating? Exercise? The meditation helped me on my initial come down and the exercise still helps me up to now. Do you exercise regularly?
i can't really exercise good anymore i fucked my back up and i constantly meditate even when talking to someone i just try to find the quite spot in my brain and live there but the anxiety keeps pulling me out
Have you tried different breathing techniques with your meditation? syncing your breathing with your heart rate can stimulate the release of chemicals in your body that calm you down. And deep breathing techniques will flood your body with fresh oxygen which will also calm you down considerably.
Do you have high blood pressure? It's important to remember to relax and get a blood pressure reading. Get many over time to have a good idea on if you have blood pressure issues.
