24 weeping trees at the end of my street
Don't feel as bad as I do now,
When you're on the floor how do you get to
Your feet and maintain stability?
As roads wind you'll find a better solution
To all of your problems and when you find
I'm gone how will you cope with killing me?
You're all alone in your self-doubt, reach
For the sky youl be rewarded.
Of all the times I've tried to stay on the
Right path, think before things get started,
Just to fall back on the floor struggling back to my feet,
You're sure yet not so sure things will be alright
And you're not sure you can get by without your everything.
You'll try and then be denied, outside your heart,
Outside your soul, you run away,
You run back to your grade.
You'll keep running back to the one you lack;
I'll be waiting.
Your heart, you're so hard, but inside.
Don't tell me how I'm supposed to feel.
