[I am going to die]

the name is a little misleading, I'm not a depressed person at all. I decided to join BL because of a DMT trip, and I thought "I am going to die" would kinda remind me of that. anyway, I've read stuff on this site many times before, usually after googling "dmt vs ayahuasca" or shit like that. I like this site more than all the other drug-forums out there because many of the other sites gave me the impression that people were lying and trying to show off what badass psychonauts they were. I also like that this site has room to talk about more than just drugs... limiting the psychedelic experience by framing it in terms of "drugs" is a bad idea; just look at Huxley's "The Doors of Perceptions," it's a great book on psychedelics because Huxley seamlessly changes from talking about Vermeer to peyote to his garden. A little about myself: I've been drawn to the Unseen ever since I was a little kid, obsessed with fantasy. As I grew up, my interest in a different reality evolved from watching Lord of the Rings countless times to becoming interested in spirituality, and psychedelics. My two favorite people that I've never actually met are probably Walt Whitman and Bob Dylan. Anyway, thanks to all the people who contribute to this site, because it's helped me out a lot.
