Hey everyone.

I'm a 17 year old girl from Australia!

Long story short:

I've only ever done ice a few times, but went out with some new people over the weekend and ended up doing a 5-day bender.

I'm not saying who I am, but I am on Television a lot, and I want/need to be skinnier. Don't judge me.

I've bought myself 3pt, and want to know that if I just take a small puff everyday - Is it possible to sleep at night still? But will it be enough to keep me from being hungry?

I am already thin (175cm/55kg's) but need to be under 50kg, so that'll only take one week, then I plan to stop and just diet/exercise from then on.

Thanks,
xx

Welcome to Bluelight.

You do not need to be skinnier, you are already quite thin.

Losing 5kg in a week is not something sustainable, you will gain the weight back quickly if you lose it in this fashion. Not only that, but the weight you lost as muscle will come back as retained fluid and adipose (fat).

Please reconsider using powerful stimulants to lose weight. For your own health & wellbeing. <3

We had a thread like this just a few days ago. Using ice or any form of meth to lose weight is a terrible idea imo. Unless you are 700lbs, and your life depends on losing weight, using ice to drop weight is bound to make you lose your mind.

You said you've only done it a few times.
I've done meth/ice for 3 year straight a long time ago (and I made it myself). So I did it quite a bit. But very very fast, you will notice profound changes to the way you think. Your anxiety will slowly start to creep up, and within a matter of weeks you can become paranoid out of your mind. Panic attacks, heart racing, severe anxiety, and its only a matter of time before the actual psychosis starts to form.

Meth is a horrible drug. If you're an addict, and can't stop taking it, thats one thing.
If you're going to subject yourself to the possible hell it can create merely cause you want to lose some weight, thats a whole nother story imo.

If you want to lose weight. Do it the right way.
Wake up at 6am. Before you eat breakfast do cardio for 45mins to an hour on an empty stomach. This will burn off actual fat rather than use glycogen stores from food.

If you need a supplement/compound thats actually sensible and effective at losing weight. There is clenbuterol, ECA stacks, winstrol, and my person favorite T3. Nothing beats T3 when it comes to losing weight. And these compounds are even easier to get than meth.

Then what you do is eat 5-6 extremely tiny meals a day. And did you say you were only going to smoke ice for a week? Theres absolutely no point. Its worthless imo. Go straight to healthy dieting because guess what, when you're not smoking the ice, bye bye adrenaline, and bye bye ability to burn off fat like you were on ice.

Compounds like T3 don't do that. They are designed to burn fat without creating rebounds that make it harder to lose fat afterwards. Seriously, I've worked out/exercised for a large majority of my life. And got my own body fat down to 6% before. Was teared to shreds. You need to learn body chemistry and how to manipulate a hundred different things to do it. And most if it has to do with timing. Simple sugars only right after a work out. Complex carbs first thing in the morning (oatmeal), cut off carbs 100% after 4pm. Your body will turn them to fat. Raise your protien intake and drop carb intake (although you still need carbs to lose fat). Eat light protiens like fish/eggs/turkey or liquid protien, not heavy red meat or steaks/burgers. Stay away from potatoes/bread/pasta, for carbs eat light complex carbs light oats or veggies. Although oats are the best imo. But you still need veggies for nutrition.

Do it the right way. Learn how to manipulate your body. And when I was at my leanest one thing I use to do is take dextrose. Its a simple sugar. Right after you run take it, if you can run twice a day and get 25gms of dextrose after each run don't ask why but it helps a lot to burn fat. The second you deplete glycogen stores they need to be replaced. Otherwise next time you run you will have no endurance or stamina.

But in the end, I 100% do not advocate using ice to cut weight. Theres other things you can take if you just like drugs and want something that will raise your metabolism. Like kratom, a lot of people dont realize kratom is great for cutting. Or yohimbe, or ephedrine/caffiene/aspirin (which is the ECA stack I mentioned before) or bitter orange which is a very underrated product, theres so many things you can stack together that will burn quicker than meth would, w/out all the bullshit side effects. Thats the whole point. And they won't drive you crazy.

If you're on tv like you say, you definitely don't want to be dealing with the side effects methamphetamines create with a camera in your face, trust me when I say that.

G/luck, and if you need diet advice just pm me.

Thanks for the advice guys, but I'm one of those people that have my mind set on things - And once I say "I'm going to do it", then I feel I have to. I have mild OCD.

I should have added in, whilst I said those few times I've done ice, they have been for long periods of time, so I've been through the whole paranoid stage, chewed mouth, anxious thoughts, seeing scary things, etc. Oh, and lets not forget the lovely pimples that develop.

But - Trust me when I say this, I have my mind set on just using for this one week, then stopping.
When I tell my self I have to do something, I do it.

Although It's not quite the same, I smoked for 4 years (Packet a day), I got a chest infection one day and said I'm quitting. And haven't touched a cigarette since.

So all I'm asking for is some advice on how I can sleep at night?

Also - Regarding the part where you say I'll put it back on - I disagree, example: When you get gastro/stomach bug and lose about 5kgs, I've never put the weight back on.

Thanks.

lol

Well its obvious isn't it...Stop smoking methamphetamine?

If you want a good nights rest, don't hit the pipe!!! sheeeeesh...

By the way, I laugh at your plan to loose weight by smoking meth every day, "then stop".

Your brain needs about 6-12 months of recovery after a 5 day bender... Every hit you take before then is doing more and more damage.

Also take lots of Vitamin C, it will reduce the damage done to your brain, a 1000mg dose 30mins prior to using will help, but its no magic bullet.

But - Trust me when I say this, I have my mind set on just using for this one week, then stopping.

Ohh yeah - trust me when I say this, I have heard that many times before lol.
Sorry if your willpower doesn't instill much faith in me, I really hope you can quit before you become a slave to shabs :)

I have OCD as well and I know what you mean when your mind is set to something then that's how it will be. I was exactly how you were with cigarettes...I smoked a lot but then when I knew it was time to stop I told myself no more and that was the end of that. Yet, I ended up getting into opiates and I was able to control how much I used, at first. I wasn't addicted in the beginning but I am now... I thought I could stop again like I did with other things but that's just not happening. Methamphetamines are so much different than a cigarette.... You're going to lose some weight but along with that you will gain an addiction.

How that will happen is you will do the meth for a week and notice the weight loss. You possibly will stop all together until you notice you packed on a few more pounds. This will happen because just like someone who is bulimic or anorexic once they stop doing their daily rituals and eat normally again they do end up gaining a few more pounds....it's because of your metabolism and how messed up it gets when doing the harmful things. So once you have gained a few more pounds you will think oh I can just do some meth for a few more days again and then I can stop. This cycle will repeat and repeat......it will even get to the point that you know you're not doing it to lose weight. You're just doing it to get high. Trust me I've seen this happen to many girls and it's sad.

I hope you think this through.

We can all see where this one is going.

MissSocial, every single drug addict in the world started out where you are right now, every single one, most thinking "I'm not some dumb junkie, I can use this responsibly for 'x' reason and then stop, or only use recreationally, I'm too intelligent to become addicted to it"

Drugs like meth/heroin/crack don't work that way, hope you find a way to stop before you lose everything. Also, losing weight with meth is extremely unhealthy, not just for you internally, but also to your external beauty - you might lose some weight due to just not eating and being tweaked, but you'll also develop greasy fucking disgusting skin, dark bags under your eyes, and seriously fucked up teeth if you use it long enough(assuming you are smoking it and not shooting it.) Where you are right now is like a downhill slope with a cliff at the end of it, and you're tumbling down it, only with this slope you don't realize just how far down and how fast you have fallen until you've already gone over the edge of the cliff of addiction and are looking back up at it from the bottom of an inescapable pit.

Good luck with that! : (

I think that one can use methamphetamine to help themselves lose weight, and then discontinue the drug afterwards, while maintaining healthy diet and exercise, as well as sleep.

However, it's not likely to stay that way.

Your best bet is to implement a well balanced diet, a high frequency of exercise, and proper sleep and sleep hygiene, while only occasionally using methamphetamine.

Using it for a few days in a row or one or two weeks in a row, is a bad idea.

When using it, you will want to know how to counteract the negative effects, by eating despite the feeling you won't need to (you do need to), by sleeping with the help of an antihistamine, or benzo (if necessary - another type of drug you really must avoid daily use of), and not to allow the drug to reduce how much exercise you're getting done.

If you find you can't sleep or eat on the drug, discontinue it. Eating and sleeping is crucial to weight loss. It might sound counterintuitive, but not eating is not going to help you lose weight. It'll slow down your metabolism, then you will have a harder time losing weight.

Taking drugs to lose weight.......
If you really want to lose weight, even though i advise you not to as your already skinny, its better to take "duramine". This is an appetite surpressant and you shold have one every morning.

methamphetamine is a powerful stimulant that makes you feel really good. Why you think so many people end up as meth addicts. I have never been a meth addict but I have done my fair share and sometime I still remember how good it feels.

If you take a puff a day you'll probably be able to sleep but I'm not sure It will kill your whole appetite. Plus It will be diffucult to keep it to one puff. I think your idea is bad and unhealthy. Why don't you put in the hard work and diet and excercise, instead of taking the easy and destructive path.

your short term, immediate goals are going to fuck you over long term. Sure, you'll probably lose weight from smoking meth only to gain it back quickly if you do actually follow your silly, dangerous and naive 'plan'.

Have you thought of the other physical effects meth has on a person's skin, teeth and hair? Some of that shit can't be concealed by makeup and from what I understand about the entertainment industry, there are quite a few candidates that can and will easily replace you who do not have fucked up teeth, poor skin and limp, dry hair. Sorry, but you are not unique and in that particular line of work, you are disposable. You can lessen the odds of being replaced if you focus on total body health as opposed to extreme weight loss through dangerous chemicals

Bojangles gave some EXCELLENT ideas that will not only provide a healthy method of losing weight but it will give you tone and a shine to your complexion.

The consistency, commitment and discipline that you will be learning from implementing a daily exercise plan and daily nutritional diet can be applied to other areas of your life including your career.

Some things you should know are quoted below:

Abuse of methamphetamines causes poor circulation preventing proper amounts of oxygen from reaching the skin, destroying tissues and blood vessels and preventing the body from being able to heal itself. This often results in visible decay of the body, and one of the most common side effects of methamphetamine users is the deterioration of the skin.

Premature Aging
Methamphetamine users' skin eventually loses its luster and elasticity. Skin cell regeneration dramatically slows down, which leads to premature aging of the skin. The skin will start to sag and wrinkle, and dramatic changes can be seen over just a couple of years. The skin will lose proper coloring becoming grayish in tone and develop a leathery texture.

Acne and Acne Scars
Because of the loss of overall health of the skin, acne appears on the face and other areas of the skin as a result of meth use. Acne tends to spread quickly due to the body's struggle to heal itself from bacterial infection. If the acne is picked at, it can cause dramatic scarring due to the longer length of time to heal. It is not uncommon to see a methamphetamine user suffering from numerous acne scars.

Dermatillomania
Dermatillomania is a condition that causes pathological skin picking to the point of creating open sores that may bleed and leave scarring. Methamphetamine users often develop this neurosis, picking at freckles, moles and other skin defects. It is especially bad for those who develop the disorder in conjunction with acne. The neurosis becomes so bad picking is done with almost any instrument such as teeth, tweezers, blades or pins to satisfy the compulsion.

Formication
Formication is a hallucinatory disorder that causes the methamphetamine user to believe there are bugs crawling beneath or on her skin. The user will obsessively scratch his skin to get rid of the bugs. Compounded with paranoia, another side effect of methamphetamine, users can cause serious scarring to their skin through excessive scratching.

Acute Generalised Exanthematous Pustulosis (AGEP)
AGEP is a rapid spread of red skin studded with small blisters filled with pus. DermNet NZ reports that 90% of AGEP cases are the adverse reaction to medications. Some methamphetamine users have been reported to suffer from AGEP as a result of their drug use.

SOURCE

If your going to use , do it for the high not for weight loss, there is no justification to drug use for the sole purpose of weight loss. Not only will you start to be dependent on a drug on a daily basis but you will also develop mental and physical issues in the long run. Body image and health is a life long job it will never be solved in a day or by some magical pill or crystal. You won't be able to find the absolute solution in a day. Healthy choices and pro active routines is the drug your in need of. I don't advocate drug use for anything else other than for the enjoyment of the experience.

It is absolutely possible to take meth responsibly and effectively. You neex to ask yourself a very honest question before you begin down this road however. If you desperately wanted to do meth, but needed to go to sleep for an Important morning meeting, could you put it down, turn off the light and leave it be? Or as long as you have it, will you want to do it all??
I have been taking it myself for 4 months solid. I sleep every night, I eat healthy meals, interact with friends and family, and I am the best version of myself. My mother is so proud of me for all that I accomplish, how level headed I am, and how great I look.
I use one gram every 5/6 days. One big fat bowl in the morning, properly vaporized throughout the day and then put away in time to sleep. Also it is good to take a 3-4 day break every once in a while, peive to yourself you can and keep uour tolerance level down . Even doing these things my tolerance is up, originally a gram would last me 9/10 days. You MUST smoke it properly or u will burn up your meth and constantly be pissed that you aren't getting high. Make sure you clean your glass piece after every bowl with a q-tip and saliva or water. You can torch it, but It makes the glass porous and then it eats your meth. Heat the glass to the side of the shard pile, and let the heated glass melt the ice instead of scorching it with a lighter. Move Your lighter to the other side of the bowl and repeat the process. When it starts to smoke, put your lighter good 1 1/2 inches away from the bowl and steadily rotate the glass back and forth, following thw puddle of ice with the lighter, taking slow, even, soft breaths until itthe smoke is really rolling. Remove heat and take deep fast breath. Blow a little out and finish the smoke in the dick, still rotating back and forth.
This is the proper way to smoke.
Meth gets a bad rap, but scientific studies have been inconclusive, despite media claims. Just remember, the second you don't think you can walk away, is the moment you have to put it down. Hope that helped!
