Opioids Dont feel like peeing when im on tramadol.

First of all, excuse my poor english. I've been using tramadol recreational for couple of month now and found out that I dont really have desire to pee at all. I overdosed on methadone last year which caused kidney failure, does this has anything to do with peeing problem?

opiates tend to retard urination. combine that with kidney problems, and yeah. Maybe lay off a bit.
