Doing Drugs In Your Dreams

I came up with a theory on dreams I'd be interested to hear your opinions on. You're all I assume familiar (maybe not personally, but the concept at least) with the dream where you are giving a speach and become aware that you are naked/in your underware? Leaving aside the complex psychological explanations we all know external stimuli (alarm clocks, voices) can be incorporated into dreams. Could it be as simple as that because you are in bed you ARE naked, and this becomes part of the dream?

i get Chemmy Dreams quite a lot, I notice i get these awesome flashback dreams quite alot.

I Mostly dream of popping E's and railing meth. and its so realistic.
