i want to buy some coke and do it in the house however i just got a puppy and im afraid of being high on coke and then petting him, will he feel the affects? i wouold never want to put him through that
 
No, he won't feel the effects if you pet him. There is no such drug which will work this way. Drugs don't travel through touch, they get into your blood stream by snorting it, smoking it, injecting it, or eating it.
