dog ate weed and is sick

my friends dog ate some of my weed..i fed it like 3 nugs..small ones of just stress.and gave it some hite when we smoked a joint..blew it in his fave..he likes it too tho...well..it was on some medication my friend said, for worms, he was sick..something about kennal cough..and i dont know what else.. when we came back the dog was trippin..couldnt balance kinda shaking slightly..head wobbling like it was real dizzy and real out of it..scared of us when we came near it..its just a puppy..usually bouncy and playful and such..well..its not in so gfood condition now..we fed it some dog food...it ate some figs..dunno why but it liked those..well..his mom came home and it was still out of it..it was fallin over and wabblinwalkn and such..she took it to the vet...is it gonna die..seriously..this is scarin me and my friend...theyre gonna see whats wrongt with him too..think theyll find out about the weed

not sure if they will find out, guess it would depend on what tests they do to it, they wont drug test the dog that for sure but if they like pumped its stomach or looked in its waste they might find something, im not a vet though so i dont know.
on another note my friend has this dog that is just the shit. we have got him high since he was a puppy and they even gave it beer a few times, but this one time my friend got about a joints worth of some KB's from his friend for his birthday. he ended up losing teh bag and the dog ate it (we found the bag all shreded up under the couch) then we all look at the dog and it was just strate fucked up. it couldent walk straite and like tried to walk while half laying down and all kinds of other this, it was the funniest thing i ever seen and the dog was loving it. it would get hyper everyonce in a while and jsut run around and even started chaseing his sister barking at her. this went on for a good 8 hours before the dog ended up crashing. ever since then the dog has been stealing weed if it either gets droped or if he find it.

yea same shit..all not able to walk right fallin to sides and leanin ythen fallin..i mean we got it to run around and it was tryin ya kno..but visibly fucked up..it was scary tho..cuz he was lie down and not move..ya kno..then try to get up..fall back down..oi mean dam we only gave it 3 nugs and some smoke....he was on some meds but shit i dotn know...it was funny not it aint..but it still kinda is..i just hope it doesnt fuckin die! i mean...weed cant really kill a dog can it..its just a puppy tho..a lab tho, so its fairly good size...think with any meds it was on that it could potentially kill it?

yea but you gota remeber the dog is a lot smaller than you are. what kind of dog is it? the dogthis ahppened to with me was a small dog that probaly only weighed less than 10 pounds. also it ate teh weed not smoked it all. if you ate those three buds you would probaly feel it too but for a dog than is 1/4th your size maybe that fucked it up, it will be fine in a few hours. im sure the meds have nothing to do with it

nah it wont die, its so blowed right now you should wish you were the dog. if youve ever ate no many pot brownnies you should know waht its like. you just sit there dont talk to move dont do nothing yer just blown up. i think smoking weed never gets you that way cause youd probaly get sick from the smoke first.
if it does fall asleep all i could say is make sure its still breathing but let it sleep it'll wake up. but then im not a vet so.... wish some one else would jump in this for a 2nd opinion.

yea i ate bud blueberry muffins once..we put a oz into the mix..i was so baked for hours on end..so i can see where he may be at..lol wish i was that baked right now..but really..that dog looked fucked up..when he looked at me and stuff i coudl imagine him sayin whyd u do this to me and like hel;p me, im trippin and stuff...and what sucks worse, his mom is takin it to the vet, its gonna cost $$$ and worry the hell outta her and her b/f...plus its their new dog, they aint even had it 2 weeks yet!!!!

We rolled a blunt once, then went out to go get some more herb, saving the blunt for our return since the house we were using had no parental units for a week. Quite the cool shit in highschool.
Anyway, we come back, and the dog is sittin gon the floor, 1/3 of a drooly, chunky blunt hanging out of its mouth. It ended up needing blood work, cost about 5k in bills, but it lived. Gotta be carefull. I've gotten pets high, but often if they hang in the room and you're hitting the pipe hard, joint, bong...it'll catch a buzz anyway.

Okay, feeding pets any kinds of drugs is just plain stupid. Remember, these animals do NOT know what a high is and they can easily panick because of the feelings (just think how you would feel if someone slipped an unknown drug in your drink or food)
A beloved pet of yours could easily die from the chock and anxiety it may feel while high. Also, you have no knowledge of how much is required for that animal to overdose.. animals react differently to drugs than people do so dosing them up like you would yourself is just plain dangerous.
Don't come crying here if you kill your pet doing these stupid things.

well...im cryin now..his mom took it to the vet last nite..they said it was havin seizures or some shit thetre shaking un controlablly...and they put it to sleep!!!! WTF!??!?! i mean..i didnt think that was necessary...no i feel so horrible...it was their new dog and stuff...im such an awful person now!

the weed didnt kill uit tho..i mean they put it to sleep..my advice was let it sleep it off, but we couldnt tell his mom we fed it weed...shit.l..this is just fucked up!
