Leaving a friends house in the ghettoish area of the east side I got pulled over for no reason, they said they're cleaning up the area which is absolutely not probable cause so I suppose after all the fun of arrest, court, hiring a lawyer and etc. it'd have been tossed.

Anyway, they asked what I had, I said nothing thininking it was true. Unfortunately, there was a needle next to my seat I didn't know about so now they think I'm lying and get unpleasant. Take me out, cuff me, all that. I tell them about where I was making sure not to say anything giving them reason to go bust the door down then.

They said the only way I'm going home is if I'll give some info about heroin dealers primarily in an effort to stamp out fentanyl. I said I knew some people and would help however I could. Not my fault if the numbers I give are old ones and the names are street ones, with fairly vague descriptions, as blacks all look alike, etc.

Anyway, by some miracle they did release me without a charge, I suppose they could have gotten me on the syringes since I don't have an exchange card - though why it's legal to buy them but not have them I don't get. Either way, I'm still on an ACD until July so any arrest would dump an ocean of shit on me and definitely screw up my professional license.

Sucks that my buddy's place is clearly hot, I imagine because of several ODs, one fatal and one damn bad since February. Thank my lucky stars I didnt have anything else because I couldn't afford to, otherwise I definitely would have.

So, I'm expecting a call from some detective, and I'll give whatever info I know which is very foggy and vague, sadly all the numbers I have are no longer working and anytime I meet someone in the store parking lot it's a different kid... at this point I suppose I could just ignore them since they can't come get me now but I figure, especially with my career, I should play along.

I couldn't believe they did truly let me loose like that, anyone else have that happen? I didn't do much, but they definitely had me but for the likely illegal stop of my car. Being very polite and cooperative probably didn't hurt, so whether you hate authority or think you're gonna get one over on 'em, do yourself a favor and shut up and just be nice and do what told to do. Oh and be white too.

Stop Snitchnn.

I got pulled over with a rig and a spoon on Christmas Day, and I went straight to jail, no questions asked, and I sat in that motherfucker for 2.5 months.

Second that shit.

Or let your dealers know you'll rat them out if you get in any trouble before they give you there number.

I doubt anything will come of it. If they were going to do something they would have done it then and not released you. Saying its pending investigation or something is just a way to make you feel like they are working and I am sure the info you gave was just a formality. When has anyone been detained by the police and not asked stupid questions? I vote you did the right thing.

And I am sure the people you helped were happy but if you had said "i bought it from (vague description littered with inaccuracies) may have kept you out... though probably not. I am not trying to mock you or anything but I think you both did almost the same thing, saying the sky is red so they can look for hours to find out it is blue is still not snitching.

Also adding the disclaimer of dont lie to the police and I am not a lawyer my advise is probably terrible, I definitely wouldnt take it ;)

Where did I say I snitched at all? Didn't and am not gonna say shit but some dead phone numbers and vague descriptions of various black dudes. However if it came down to me "snitching" on someone who couldn't give a fuck less whether I live or OD except for the lost money, I save me. Your self absorbed imagined valor or whatever is misplaced. That kinda loyalty should go to those who earn it, not just anyone you know, I think.

May I ask who the F you even could have snitched on about a spoon and rig? Walgreens and your moms kitchen drawer? LOL. Don't know you, but I do have a professional degree and license I worked super hard to get, on top of spending shit tons of money. No fuckin' way would I throw that away for some guy I don't know jack shit about really, and who would do the same or worse to me in a split second guaranteed. Again, if it were earned, my extremely strong sense of loyalty
would kick in and I'd likely go down - including flushing my career but saving the debt associated with it - for that person... and it'd have to be one special fuck who I'd be 99.9% sure would do the same for me.

Loyalty is extremely important, noble and rare... misplaced or blind loyalty to just anyone you may "chill with" or have a few words with when you buy from them doesn't deserve it in my book, but congrats on getting a record, doing time and all the rest, though I am still curious who you were
so noble as to not snitch on for a rig and spoon. LOL.

Is anyone literate? I clearly said all I would provide is numbers that no longer work and vague info leading to nothing and no one.

It's cool you too are so loyal to a dude who sells you shit that could easily end your life without a second thought so long as they money is green. If you you know so much as one dealer who would take any rap for you, I think you're a fool. I have no desire to ruin anyone'es life, everyone of those guys I know are basically ok some more than others, but no one I would wanna see go through that. THUS MY POST SAYING VERY CLEARLY i AM NOT GONNA TRULY SAY SHIT.

LOL I'm just thinking of this one dude who literally will not accept $1 less than what he charges for something... regardless of how often he's called or anything, even $1 short and he "can't do it," I can only imagine how quick he'd fuckin' run his mouth about anyone if it helped his ass out.

Loyalty is earned and shouldn't be treated so lightly or as that it's just owed to anyone.

boy does the illegal drug scene sucks, having to deal with shitty dealers trying to take advantage of you in one side, then having to deal with fuckface cops doing a purposeless job in the other side...

I'm still amused by the guy bragging that he sat in a cell for 2.5 months over a rig and spoon and proudly lectures that he didn't snitch... well I didn't say which store I got my cotton balls at either so how about that?

Seriously though, for me to do that to myself is backed by a level of love and loyalty that very fuckin' few people in my life hold or deserve. That you people criticize me for maybe possibly under the right circumstances blow in a dealer who truly doesn't care about shit but money is beyond me. I lost a very close friend in February, you think if the guy he got it from knew that it'd keep him up at night? I once read a remark that to sell anything harder than weed requires not giving a shit about the toll your wares takes on customers, and selling dope, I think it's a safe bet to say eventually your shit will kill someone. So tell me again what your outrage, even though I clearly indicated I wasn't gonna give a single God damn piece of useful info, but what's with your high horse for what you read but didn't comprehend?

Absolutely correct. I know one dealer who is an honest man, has given me money back when I gave too much, when I complained that the weight on what I got was wrong he made it right. Other than him, not a one gives a fuck nor would they do anything to fix it and eawill likely give you an attitude about it - which I've had happen to me.

I'm so pissed at myself for being so careless to have fuckin' stray needles under my seat, if not for those they woulnd't have found shit. I had smoked a little rock right before getting in my car so there was DWI potential but they apparently didn't pick up on that or I'm sure I'd have gotten one.

If the cops weren't for some reason putting me on, they seemed like good dudes once everything calmed down. Shit they did let me go, and while I could technically still be arrested for it, they didn't take any of the syringes and I tossed them so the potential case couldn't be much weaker - not to mention the clearly illegal stop. Cops can't stop you because they're trying to clean up the area.

All I'm thinkin is if your that worried about your job and such you shouldn't be buying, or rollin around with paraphernalia.

Not like those dealers are out selling rigs..

And yu took the risk, so since that's the case other people gotta come down with you?

Honestly this depends 100% where in the world you live. In many places like Canada, Sweden, Portugal, the police are very lax about enforcing drug laws, with the exception of big-time busts, but usually these only even happen because the people getting busted are involved with other criminal activity.

Then you have like the redneck Bible Belt US states where drugs are though of as demons issued by Satan, the the cops are somehow God's avenging angels to save mankind from sin (lol), in which case they come down hard on dealers and users alike as though you are devils or demon-worshippers, which is fucked up, even worse in Muslims countries, where they outright kill druggies.

As for dealers it also varies. In my experience organized criminals are actually far more polite and easy to deal with, as they treat it like a legitimate business instead of being druggies themselves who rip people off and have no business ethics at all. I especially love how the media makes it sound like these organized criminals are the ones causing all the violence and shit, when in reality, it is almost always the independent or small-time "gangsta" group of gang kids who are just a bunch of glorified bullies or junkies that watch Hollywood and emulate.

The real Cartels, Mafias, Triads, etc, are seriously often more benevolent than corporations or government entities in how they treat people, they certainly have business ethics and work professionally, even when they do violence it has a lot of protocols to it, not unlike how cops themselves operate (in fact organized criminals, cops, and para-militaries, are basically the same thing).

In fact, if drugs did become legalized, these organized criminals would literally just incorporate like the casinos in Las Vegas did.

As for cops, most will leave you alone if you keep the peace and don't cause a disturbance, many are even sympathetic, even in hardcore US states.

But like all things, it varies.
