Does tramadol play nicely with...............

I've just been prescribed tramadol to help ease the pain of fibromyalgia, with some degree of success. But have found that there is little, or no sound info about interaction's with coke and MDMA?! Pages and pages of where to buy it without prescription, it's doing my noodle in.
I've been off the naughties for quite some time and, was wondering if I'm gonna drop down dead if I just happen to have a little dable?
Could some one point me in the right direction? Need reliable scientific and personal advice.

Off the top of my head, I don't know tons about tram, but I do know that it does have a serotogenic aspect to it, which is why it would be good to avoid combining it with other serotogenic agents like psychedelics, MDXX and the like. In general it's not a good idea to mix opioids and stims, so I'd play safe and avoid the tram and coke combo too. Besides, I think that tram is a fairly stimulating opioid. Tramadol is a terrible substance. If you find opiate/opioid withdrawal unpalatable imagine it with massive bio-chemical depression and increased risk of seizures.

More to the point, its opioid capabilities are questionable to say the least. Along with butorphanol and nabulphine it is an opioid that only offers psychoactivity (a "high") to some users. Others feel absolutely nothing.. More strangely, women are more likely to feel those 3 substances, so definitely an interesting substance, albeit not 1 intelligeny people should really want to mess with.

 

Doc pulled me off of my vicoden and now all I can get is Tramadol. Out of desperation I started using them last week. Ihave to admit that they saved me from experiencing vicoden withdrawals and they give me a decent euphoric feeling. I know that withdrawal from these will suck too, but I'll enjoy it for now!
