Had a lot to eat so don't wanna waste them :/
Does it make them less effective/less noticeable, or will it just take longer to feel the effects?

Of course it does. It will take longer to feel the effects but the effects won't ever reach as high. It is a bit like an extended release mechanism so if you want a somewhat longer but significantly milder effect than taking them on a full stomach might actually be a good idea.

May not be less effective but will last longer. I mean you may not feel the comeup but if taken for pain it will have a longer effect. Just my experience with opioids in general.

I don't notice any difference. If you're full may take longer to kick in but it will still be absorbed
