Well, tolerance to this drug raises rapidly, the less sleep you get, compared to your time awake... the higher the tolerance
Dehydration lowers drug effectiveness, eating food (particularly high protein in general or high in tyrosine, or tryptophan) Tyrosine is prefered, since one of the isomers (l-tyrosine) is the precursor to dopamine, l-tryptophan for serotonin
Anywho, you can most likely achieve your beginning high, or near it, but you must compensate for the rapid tolerance increase, and you will probably be experiencing more unwanted effects (anxiety, paranoia) from lack of sleep
