and as long as sugar intake is minimal, you'll be fine.MurphyClox

Sugar knocks me out, and i could imagine that it would indirectly kill the effects of a variety of drugs for me, but I don't have a typical response to sugar (though i know i'm not the only one who reacts like I do). I've had trips partially killed by eating too much sugar, by making my tired and less able to enjoy the trip.Psychedelic Jay

Sugars are the main source of energy for out body and during a roll we spend a shit lot of energy! So no sugars don't kill you buzz....obviously if eat and ounce os sugar before a roll the sugar crash and the possible pancreatic craze may cause some serious uncomfortable feelings.
Anyway just hink about it..where do people roll?
In discos(and the like)
And normally what do they take along with it?
Cocktails
and cocktails have a pretty high concentration of sugars in it u spend ur night taking tequila shots!
Advice:
Don't eat MDMA on a full stomach..fucks up absorbtion and might also cause some serious nausea. Eat a sandwich am few hours before along with a Gatorade or mineral rich drink and then...well..have fun!
The more citric ones would actually augment the roll thru placebo Vit-C mumbo jumbo. They even had a Vicks Martini IIRC. And a Kiwikaze.
Actually, way back when Giuliani was enforcing the cabaret law and yanking liquor licenses, plenty of clubs turned a profit serving non-alcoholic concoctions to throngs of people who were rolling.rickolasnice

Looks like you are recommending MDMA and alcohol? One of the worst combos IMO.
I'm not reccomendig that at all if u clearly read my post...I'm just point out what people normally do!
Thats is, they go clubbing or raving, they start getting some booze as a 'start'....mostly vodka redbull (because they think its gona give them soo much extra energy...dumbasses) and then the go around looking for E o ehat is sold as E or in rare cases they already have it or have a frieend that have it.
Step 2 put everything in a blender...an Voilà...perfect brainfuck!
That is true, amphetamines raise insulin resistance, and your theory holds. However, as an advanced pre-diabetic, I have not experienced anything bad out of eating sugars on E.
You must take into account the added energy expenditure (raised body temperature), along with any activity level, and compare that with the fact that you eat lightly and stop eating a few hours before dropping the pill. I think 5 hours after a small sandwich, pre-diabetic or not, you need some fuel and sugars are the only thing your digestive system can handle.fryingsquirrel

Do you or anyone have a source for this, or the related claim that amps lower insulin release? A quick scan of the prescribing information for Adderall and I don't see hyperglycemia listed as an adverse effect. Insofar as I understand the mechanism, adrenergic stimulation boosts hepatic glycolysis glycogenolysis, thereby raising blood sugar. If this is concurrent with diminished insulin production and lowered cellular response to insulin, hyperglycemia would be common.
