A low dose of seroquil helps me sleep, especially after amphetamine. However, are there any befits that would have over etizolam, diazepam and similar substances? How would it compare in terms of their long term risks, he extent to which they interfere with the quality of sleep and the positve effect of sleep on remembering things for that day. I'm specifically thing of times when amphetamine has been used to help studying, but the little in the system at the time one should be going to sleep often means a gentle sedative are needed (even chamomile tea is prety effective if used at low theraputic dose of amphetamine). However, when exams need lots of learning to take place in the few days left, and a good dose of speed is needed to get to grips with the material, would serioquil or a highish dose of benzos be
the option likely to have least negative effects, keeping in mind a low dose of seroquill seems to turn off the speed and make me want some food and then to go 2 bed (assuming ive slept less than i should because of stims). Benzo tolerance fairly high. However, will i remember less of the revision that I do the next day with some seroquil still in my system, and will this still apply given that I don't revise within the first few hours of waking? If I wish to take speed the next day again (or the day after following a rest day) will the seroquil still in my system block some of the positive effects of speed or lead to dopamine being replaced significantly slower giving larger recovery times. I usually take tyrosine on evry speed comedown (and sometimes othertimes) it helps my tendancy towards apathy.
Sorry if it shows revision has frazzled my brain and I'm awake at noon still planning to sleep (less of a big deal consdiering, my exam is at 9am on fri so im pulling an all nighter beforehand since I'm sharper after staying up than waking up). I apologise if this is badly wriiten (pretty sure it is).
Any knowledge, whether technical or based on personal experience relating to any of these effects would be greatly appreciated
