I need help. I've been in the process of quitting drugs for 6 months but I end up relapsing at least once a month (take amphetamines in the day and benzos+traozone to sleep, I usually do this a couple of times. I've also been planing on getting off trazodone for 3 months but I keep going back on it because its a convenient sleep aid. I'm heading to a Buddhist monastery next month but I have to get off everything before then and I need to have somewhat normal sleep patterns because they ring the bells at 5 in the morning. So in the meantime, I need to just cold turkey (I'm not that badly addicted to anything I don't think so it should be easily doable, especially considering the nightmarist insanity some people on the forum tough out when they cold turkey drugs.
Would going to a psychologist help me get control of my life?
