Opioids Does opiate wd cause inflammation?

Does opiate wd cause massive inflammation throughout the body? I'm trying to figure out if what I'm experiencing is from wd or something else.

Yes. It does cause inflammation throughout the body, in every organ including the brain. This is part of the reason you feel sick like the flu and your whole body aches.

It also induces hyperalgesia, which is going to make that inflammation feel even worse than it is, and will make any precondition even worse.

I am on 50% taper from Oxycodone but tramadol Is great medications,.

Its 100% ok to take 37,5mg x2 +325mg acetaminophen, 50-100mg very 4-6 hours or as needed. This will numb the pain, 1x500mg paracetamol + 200/400g ibuprofen).

There is soo much pain but requesting Higher dose to lowerpain,
