With repeated use.

I had a bunch of PC Pedro plants and last summer put a bunch of cuttings outside. I'm in a temperate zone and just harvested them before the frost. So, I have a bunch of PC Pedro.

I've found that around 8" gives a nice stimulating, happy high with psychedelic overtones. Where I am in life right now, I will find it hard to find the time to do 3X that and have a journey.
It's nice to get to that level on a day where you need to get some things done, especially if they are things outside like yard work. Doesn't last as long as a large dose either.
So, If I used Pedro like that one or two times a week, would I be risking, "losing the magic" or any type of neurotoxicity. I'm not talking about a tolerance, which would go away upon abstention, I'm talking about something like the MDMA neurotoxicity, lasting quite a bit longer.

Mescaline's tolerance lasts ~1 week, but it's shockingly gentle in tolerance forming, and the cactus that you're extracting from may contain other MAOIs that can further cut through tolerance. There's no "losing the magic" effect with mescaline or its analogs that I've ever experienced or heard of, in fact if psychedelics are used frequently in a way that doesn't just create tolerance and dull the effects, there appears to be a sensitizing effect that occurs after 2-3 years of consistent dosing, I have personally experienced this where my threshold for serotonergic agents used to be significantly higher.

I'm also unable to find any evidence of mescaline-induced or mescaline-containing-cactus-induced neurotoxicity, but some people say that specifically eating straight cactus or drinking cactus tea on the regular can bring up kidney stones by way of oxalic acid consumption. This could be solved with a simple extraction (can be found on the website dmt-nexus.me and beyond), for example Kash's A/B, CIELO, 69Ron, and I'm sure there are a million and one other ways to extract from cactus as well.

Good luck with your mescaline journey and have fun! It really does shine at low doses in my experiences with mescaline and allylescaline.

Thanks for the answer. Now I'm looking for ways to break down oxalic acid. :)
One nice thing about PC is that it's non-snotty and actually not bad to drink the tea. I've done extractions, but ended up with much more for my trouble than a few doses
