Bluelighters! I once again humbly seek your guidance.

I have searched, and the threads I found on this only half way answer my question...

I had kind of a honeymoon period with MDMA where I abused the crap out of it a couple years ago. Over the last year I've wound down my use significantly and have now come to the point where since September I have rolled twice. Halloween and New Years. Both times weren't satisfactory. Magic = for the most part gone. However, since New Years, I've started a workout routine 3 or 4 times a week as well as regular meditation for around an hour per day. 40 minutes in the morning and 15-30 minutes at night.

Now, I'm aware that working out helps big time with your MDMA experiences. So does meditation help the same way? I've tried searching this and people only talk about meditation WHILE rolling (Which, not gong to lie, sounds magical). Does anyone have experience with this? Does meditation have an effect on how MDMA influences your consciousness?

Thank you guys ans gals! And Namo Namaha (Respect to those more wise who come before me!)

While I couldn't say from personal experience (always been too many other factors) I think it would make you able to fully immerse yourself in the experience more, sometimes its towards the end of the roll that I start to fully relax and become more "in the moment". However ketamine massively helps with this, and I've always thought ket feels a little bit like meditation (or after meditation), which while it sounds weird to say makes sense because its relaxing dissociation. Meditating regularly should help train the mind to do this naturally. Id try meditating before you go out, its made my cannabis high a lot better before.

Also it apparently boosts serotonin, if that's true it should definitely help, just remember diet to maximise the benefits
