Does MDMA wiegh more then ketamine

So i recently got a sample bag of 0.2 g of mdma and ketamine. the person i got it off says it's weighed to the last digit of 0.200g, but i can't tell the difference honestly.

One bag contains more marital then the other, so i'm just wondering what weighs more.

Strictly speaking, they should weigh the same.

Although, one may be more compact than another, making it seem like there is less material.. though there is the same weight, one could just LOOK more than the other. Or, the other possibility is that he shorted you. Only way to know is to go!

Lol i think i was too high when i wrote this. i'm a idiot, can someone help me identify the 2 please, what's the differences xD
 
lol.. ask your dealer about that man. We can't help with substance identification... but that's why you should ALWAYS label your drugs aha


A Reagent Testing kit can be used to test them both though, not only will it tell you which is which, but also if they are the actual chemical it's supposed to be or something icky like meth or bath salts. Dancesafe.org carries them for rather cheap
 
Molecular weight of MDMA is 193.25, Ketamine 237.73. So Ketamine would potentially look like it has less material in the bag even if they weighed the same (I think but I'm not entirely sure). If this was the answer you were looking for your first question about which one would weigh more.
 
^^^^ What Lightforce said.. What the OP was asking was Feather weight.. LOL.... You would have more mass in the MDMA then the Ketamine.. But get a test kit.. for all you know it could be dried drain cleaner..
 
Not at all, If you were dealing with something that had a more significant difference in molar mass it would help. In this situation the intermolecular forces that determine density are what makes the amounts look different and when dealing with powders the density can vary due to crystal size, shape, ect unless you melt it (do not melt it). You need to test it.

You're going to have to test it with it a kit. It's the only way to know for sure.
I'd imagine the MDMA should be appear to be large chunky crystals that vary from white/gray to tan/brown. While the ketamine looks more like salt with a few larger clumps in it.
But like I and others have said, there really is no way for us to be able to tell what you got.
I hope you look further into a kit before tossing powders in your orifices.

Safety first, then comes the fun.:)
