sorry for all these questions on LSD, I just like to be an informed user, and the more I know about a drug, the safer I can be when I use it.....

No. Not unless they were fucked up in the head to begin with. The acid just brought it out.

Well to start I would recommend going to erowid and lycaeum and reading all of their LSD info. Works for me, then you may call yourself and informed user. Other than that drugs affect each person differently. While cid for one person may be fine, others react badly to it and may even get perma-fried. Read up my son, the knowlege is there.

over time, for me, i feel that my personality has changed. ive became more quiet and calm.. a little 'anti-social' infact (im content with being alone, but i still prefer good company) i've also found that im more confident and secure with myself- and find that i dont like wasting time and energy on people i dont care for, or things that arent important
im more 'centered'.. an entirely new spiritual side has opened up. im just beginning to learn what it all means
i think my ideals have changed as well. lsd has helped me to see the people in my life in a different light.. i value my family and close friends even more, and have came to realize the 'sanctity' in sex between 2 people (i used to be an outrageous nympho- which has died over the time since ive began tripping..)
i think my entire perspective has been altered. and for me, its a good thing. i love acid.

I wouldn't recommend sex, drugs or insanity for everyone.. but they've always worked for me.

PhoebeStar......thank you for the reply....
and I have read everything at erowid, I just wanted to get some personal opinions on what the drug has done for other people.
I too think it has opened my mind in a very spiritual way, and made me a more "centered" person. I think LSD does change a person, not always for the worse, in my opinion, I think it has helped me, it has made my mind clearer, and let me view life from a different perspective.
anyone else have any views they would like to share???

i think that depends on why they started using acid in the first place. i don't think one trip will change your life forever and even if you do a lot you can still go back to the personality of a non-acid user. it depends on how much you let it change you i suppose.

Acid unlocks dorrs in your mind that have never been opened before......or at least were never opened so widely. But the experience does not take over your personality nor does it really change you.....
But I don't know..I've never over did it. Some people have and totally fried themselves. But I personally think the only reason someone gets fried is because their personal psyche couldn't handle it.....
Acid IS quite a mind fuck, but if you think you can handle then really, I think you should be fine.
Acid perment side effects TOTALLY depend on the person.

true, true, very true.
However, if you stop taking the drug I think you tend to forget, and go back to your normal ways

i found that after i used a bunch of lsd, it wasn't so much was i a "changed person", but that concepts such as "change" and
"normal" (and up and down, left and right, black and white, right and wrong) became quite bizzare and skewed and meaningless....everything sort of just defeated (or defeats, fuck some tense) itself, like a snake eating its own tale, and all was just "is" and "being"....whatever

i know what you mean, i have trouble actually deciphering what i enjoy, nothing seems very important because its all part of the same.

HAHAHAH i love twin peaks@!!!

the thing is, ill be honest and say i didnt like my first or second trip at ALL. but for some reason, i kept trying it out.. and after several trips now, i've been able to completely control my trip- there is no longer an issue of it 'going wrong'
for me, a bad trip was bad because i wasnt happy with issues in my life. i'd remember things that i always try and ignore (like not studying enough, not being organized, not working out/eating right..) so everyday i STRIVED - (and now its part of my life)- to make sure i get all the shit i need to do DONE, and in reality, strive towards perfection. i want to be a better person

I'm sure acid gave you a few insights, but most of what you described is called "growing up", pretty much the same went down with me,and that was well after I stopped doing a lot of 'cid.

Because of LSD's power and long duration, many acid users I know reach a great many conclusions about the world we live in, about others, and about themselves while tripping but tend to only remember fragments and general feelings about certain stages of their trip, if they recall anything at all.
If this is the case with any of you but you still love acid I would recommend (like I always do, but trust me I do not work for any company) taking piracetam prior and during a trip.
Read this Erowid experience, then read some literature on piracetam-there's plenty out there. It has helped me to better recall and then explain in words to people what my trips (on any drug, including pot) were about and what ideas I brewed up.
It works very well, so check it out yall.

i've tripped like 70 times ,and probally ate about 150 hit,and ive noticed a change in my personality,i got mood swings, outburst, paronoia,a mild case a schizophrenia, and alot of fucked up things happened to me,the reason why you're personality changes is if you eat a lot of acid you will develope a chemical inbalance in you're brain.belive me i've expierenced it and if been in rehab and i learned alot about acid and alot of differnt drugs,if you're gonna eat it don't eat alot whole lot.
