Misc Does DXM slow down the speed at which one's tolerance to ritalin and benzos goes up?

I've read that a daily dose of 30-40 mg's DXM slows down the speed at which one's tolerance to opiates and amphetamine for instance raise and speeds up the pace at which one's tolerance goes down when abstinant to these products, does this apply to Ritalin and benzos too?

anyone have first hand experience or sources that confirm this?
