Does curry/spicy food make opiates less effective??

I know some people here think i ask stupid questions to troll or something but i dont what seems stupid and pointless knowledge to you might not be so pointless to me with that being said I heard indian food and curry shouldn't go with opiates for some reasonreason? Someone said something about curry being horrible to have with opiate medication(such as codeine) but didnt really explain why which is annoying because then I wouldnt have to ask

Not seeing any correlation between curry and isozyme issues or metabolism interference. Curious as to where you "Heard" this...

There's one curry that goes with opioids:
