Does concerta or ritalin mute your roll?

I took concerta the last three days to help me study for exams.
I dropped 2 caps of molly last night and didnt feel anything
Do concerta or ritalin cancel out the mdma some how?
 
FWIW my friend had a bunch of ritalin in the morning one time then had a pill (mdxx) that night and got little to no effects, while other people on the same pills were very high.

Short answer: Probably, yes.

Ritalin and Concerta are two brand names for the same drug: Methylphenidate. This drugs works by sticking to the transporter proteins that suck dopamine and norepinephrine back into brain cells. (Basically the same mechanism as SSRI drugs like Prozac use, but targeting different neurotransmitters.)

Since MDMA seems to need access to these transporters to release neurotransmitters, yes, it would make perfect sense if methylphenidate ('Ritalin', etc.) could keep you from getting high.

Are you sure the caps were good? I once got hooked up with some pure "molly" in caps. Except you needed to take 2 to actually feel only slightly off-baseline, and 3 to overdose (it wasn't MDMA by the way, i don't know what).

needless to say I don't trust caps anymore

that is a shame, cause some of the best pills (purest cleanest mdma) I have purchased has been in caps. You can easily remedy your problem by not eating anything you buy until after you test it. This means stop going to a party with money and buying pills there. You should always test your pills before consuming them, ALWAYS. No exceptions. www.dancesafe.org www.eztest.com
 
i'd say the caps you bought were pretty bunk.

speed might effect mdxx a tiny bit, but not so you won't feel it at all. theres threads in the directory about "adderal and mdma" and ritalin and mdma,

OP I've found that when I take my concerta even two days before my roll my roll seems a bit muted...I definitely wouldn't do it. Do you have ADD or ADHD? Or are you taking those recreationally?
