Does baking soda neutralize the benefits of acidic antioxidants (ALA, ascorbic acid

When I take my MDMA I also take it with baking soda as it greatly helps me with nausea.

But is this baking soda also neutralizing the alpha lipoic acid and vitamin C that I take and not making them effective?
