Harm Reduction Does anyone know the proper ratio of Propylene Glycol to water for IV?

Would 1ml Propylene Glycol mixed with 2ml water be a safe ratio to IV? Of course there will be another substance in the solution but I'm just trying to figure out the ratio of PG and water right now.
