Does Adderall Rush's Make Your Jaw Clench?

I have been prescribed Adderall XR 30 (60 per month) for about 2 years now, so i have a damn good tolerance. I have always a few set aside by the end of the month that i dont need so i crush the beads and insufflate.

The thing is, as most Adderall users know, i havent had that nice adderall rush in a very long time. Just last week i blew about 75mg of the crushed beads, unfortunately it didnt do a thing but keep me awake till sunrise and watch movies as usual every month.

But today i only crushed up about 40mg, doing something a little more concentrated. I took alot longer than usual crushing it and cutting it, making sure it was an absolute powder. Surprisingly, i got a little bit of that old rush back. Not much with the body being hyped up like most people (i have ADHD so it keeps me at a nice pace), but my mind suddenly jumped and i noticed i was clenching my teeth, i couldnt stop for about 10-15 min. Is this normal?

You're talkin about the clench right? Its a typical side effect. You probably haven't experienced it because of your tolerance. You can take some magnesium next time to nearly completely stop it, and as a double bonus it helps with tolerance but not a lot.

I would take the magnesium as an everyday supplement kind of thing, take it each morning. In some threads on BL, users recommend the liquid magnesium supplements or magnesium taurinate as having a better bioavailability. Magnesium citrate is also meant to have a good bioavailability.

Apparently coffee is a rich source of magnesium, but I don't know if you should be drinking too much of it whilst taking amphetamines. :)

Yea it's normal.. I was on so much of that shit as a kid and I now clench my jaw in my sleep or grind my teeth like a crazy person... It never went away.. Look into that magnesium advice you don't want this to happen to you. Good luck!

When I started on Adderall I noticed all these weird things I started doing like chewing the inside of my mouth, having lines of weird songs play in my head over and over, clenching my jaw multiple times over and over, sometimes just biting down hard, and recently my wife has said that now I'm grinding my teeth in my sleep, which I never did before. I think that's because I gotta take a 30 to fall asleep and that stuff is still active and kicking while I'm asleep.

I'm on Adderall 30mg x2 daily instant release so I have the same tolerance. When I abuse large doses, like after 120-150mg oral or snort 60mg (damn lot of pink powder) I will or will not notice myself clenching my teeth for a fair amount of time. I don't when I take my prescribed dose.
