Benzos Doctor Worries

So I've broken down and am finally going to the doctor tomorrow, to get something for my anxiety. Instead, of just buying it from my friends.
I've been taking Xanax and mainly Valium since about the middle of high-school anytime I had to do anything like hang out with multiple friends, or meet somebody new.
The problem is I kinda look like a pot head/ drug nerd. So I'm afraid their just going to assume that I want them to get high. So does anybody have any ideas about how to keep these assumptions at bay?
