Cocaine Doctor question

Went in to see a doctor today, for a basic exam. I did coke a few days ago. After looking at my eyes and doing a few motor skills tests he kept asking me about drugs, specificly coke.. is there any way he could tell this just by looking at me? kind of curious now.
 
Not without a urine or blood test, which we can't discuss. Or if you were coked out at the time.

This is a self-serving thread so I'm closing it.
